About Infoassure Limited
Infoassure Limited is a cybersecurity and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) consultancy delivering trusted advisory, technical assurance, and capacity-building services across Africa. Through our Centre for Continuous Education, we equip organizations and professionals with practical, industry-recognized cybersecurity, GRC, and risk management training — helping build a more resilient digital economy across the continent.
Role Overview
Infoassure is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the Centre for Continuous Education as a commercially driven business unit. This role owns the full training lifecycle — from curriculum design and trainer management to enterprise partnerships and revenue generation — delivering high-impact cybersecurity, VAPT, and GRC education to corporate, government, and institutional clients across Africa.
This is a hybrid role combining subject-matter credibility, commercial acumen, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate can design a compelling training curriculum in the morning and pitch it to a C-suite client by the afternoon.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Program Design
- Design, update, and quality-assure training curricula across cyber defense, offensive security (VAPT), GRC, data privacy, and related domains
- Translate emerging threats, regulatory changes, and industry certifications into relevant, market-ready course content
- Develop blended learning formats — instructor-led sessions, webinars, workshops, and enterprise awareness programs
Commercial & Business Development
- Own revenue targets for the Centre for Continuous Education, treating it as a profit-driving business unit
- Identify, pitch, and close corporate training contracts, retainer partnerships, and bespoke enterprise programs
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients across banking, telecom, government, and other regulated sectors
- Develop pricing models, proposals, and partnership agreements in collaboration with the Corporate Sales & Partnerships team
Delivery & Trainer Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of industry-certified trainers and subject-matter experts
- Ensure consistent quality of delivery across all training engagements, webinars, and certification programs
- Monitor participant feedback, certification pass rates, and client satisfaction, and act on insights
Partnerships & Outreach
- Build strategic partnerships with training bodies, certification vendors, academic institutions, and industry associations
- Lead CSR-linked education initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity awareness for underserved communities, student outreach programs)
- Represent Infoassure at industry events, panels, and webinars as a thought leader in cybersecurity capacity building
Operations & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end training calendar, logistics, and resourcing
- Track and report on KPIs: revenue, enrollment numbers, client retention, and program profitability
- Maintain training records, certification tracking, and compliance with relevant accreditation bodies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical IT training, corporate learning & development, or training-focused B2B consulting
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering cybersecurity, IT, or technical training programs
- Proven track record of managing commercial relationships, hitting revenue targets, or running a training/education P&L
- Strong working knowledge of core cybersecurity domains (cyber defense, VAPT, GRC, data privacy)
- Experience managing trainers, facilitators, or subject-matter experts
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent
- Experience with certification bodies (EC-Council, ISACA, (ISC)², PECB, etc.) or accredited training partnerships
- Prior experience in a consultancy, training academy, or professional services environment
- Exposure to African regulatory and business environments across multiple sectors
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field (an advantage, not a requirement)
Key Competencies
- Commercial mindset with a strong bias toward revenue generation and business growth
- Strategic thinker who can also execute operational detail
- Confident stakeholder management — from trainers to enterprise clients to internal leadership
- High ownership and accountability for a standalone business unit
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills across concurrent training programs
What Infoassure Offers
- The opportunity to build and scale a flagship training business within a growing pan-African cybersecurity consultancy
- Access to a network of subject-matter experts, enterprise clients, and industry partnerships
- A performance-driven environment with room for professional growth
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience
